Frozen assets and a pause in production

Holding Pattern

The snow is blowing sideways outside the window and, thank goodness, I’m seated next to the fireplace.

On Friday morning, my main work computer froze. It’s in for diagnosis, but, of course, the weekend intervened. Hopefully, I’ll get word today if it’s worth fixing or if I have a large(r) New Year expense on my hands.

In the meantime, here’s an iPhone photo to wish everyone braving this weather a safe day. Stay home if you can.

If you plan to order a print, poster or card this week please allow an extra few days for delivery. We hope to have everything back up and running by the weekend.

  • Susan - hope the computer is an easy fix!   Yes we had 4+” of snow on the mainland where we are, soft powder so easy to move, but the roads are pretty icy.  I put out hummingbird feeder at 8 this morning and it was almost frozen by 2.  January 13, 2020 – 3:32 pmReplyCancel

    • Raymond Parker - Thank you. We have about the same and, yes, we’ve thawed our hummingbird feeder twice today (need one of those little heaters). One little guy comes and perches on the hook that holds it, as if to say “Come on, thaw this thing out before I freeze my little rump!”January 13, 2020 – 3:52 pmReplyCancel
