When the new shop opened last fall, part of the preparation involved photographing products aside from prints (displayed with duplicate, low resolution images), in particular, greeting cards.
Today, I’ve added more than a dozen new cards to the shop. Like the limited-edition prints, these greeting cards are printed with pigment inks on 100% rag paper. As such, they are suitable for framing as well as sending to friends and family. Unlike limited edition prints, the paper is matt, giving the images a somewhat “painterly” look. Each card comes with an envelope and is sealed in a clear sleeve.
New to the stationary collection is the option to buy a six pack of cards — choose whatever half-dozen cards you want in any combination and make note of them when you add your order to the cart, by clicking “Add a note to your order.”
New cards have been added to several existing categories — “Vancouver,” and “Victoria,” for instance — and new categories have been added, such as “Rocky Mountains,” “Totems,” and “Fauna.” You can browse by category from the dropdown menu.
I’ve also recently added a couple of new prints to the ever-popular Eighties Vancouver collection. Note that these (like all prints) come in both limited and inexpensive “unlimited” editions (the latter only in 8.5″ X 11″), hence, what appear to be “duplicate” images on collection pages.
